A Fury Warrior
Need to go for following.
15% hit.
6.5% expertiese.
90% armor penetration ( figure of speech, stack up till ya drop :P )

I choose to call it THE spec, cuase after all my recapping and such i havent been able to find one myself that works quite as well as this one.
Glyphs -
Cleaving, To hit 3 targets with cleave instead of 2.
Whirlwind, To reduce the cooldown on your skill.
Bloodrage, To remove the health loss when you activate it.
Battle, To increase durration.
Command, To increase durration aswell.
Bloodthirst. Makes you heal yourself more with your bloodthirst.
Rotation i use.
The rotation on a fury warriors skills are basicly simply.
So let your tank run in and pull.
Then you activate your Bloodrage, to get some rage going.
Cleave and whirlwind at the same time, Cleave is a next swing ability where whirlwind is an instant attack, so they will hit at the same time.
Bloodthirst and cleave, again they will hit at the same time.
Then you just cleave untill either bloodthirst or whirlwind gets of cooldown.
Allright, so you got you trash mob groups down, Time for a boss.
Let the tank gain alittle aggro,
Then you activate your bloodrage, Rage gain.
Deathwish, for more damage.
If you have a trinket that gives your something on use effect, activate it here.
Then recklessness, will make your 3 next skills critt.
Then your ready to throw in a bloodthirst and then a whirlwind.
and then just go nutts with heroic strike.
Each time your whirlwind and bloodthirst is off cooldown you should use them.
Make sure to keep out for your bloodsurge, as this will cuase an instant slam, it can be activates by all three skills your using on a bossfight.
Now i know it dosent seem like much to do, but there aint really much time for anything else since your cooldowns are so fast.
