| Using 1roW.dk booklets the user to the following rules, these are to be observed and respected. By using features that require user settings the user confirms that the rules were read and accepted by the creation of a user profile. |

| User Profile |

§1.1 Usernames
When you create a user profile on 1roW.dk your name must be serious. This means that names like "See-my-penis", "horse-with-boots-on" etc. are not allowed. The name can also not be offensive or racist in any way. Creating a profile with a name that does not comply with the regulations, and it will be deleted immediately.
§1.2 Profile Information
All personal information you choose to show in your profile should be correct. This means that you should enter yourself as 20 years old if you are only 14 years old. All profiles with misinformation will be deleted.. This includes things like: Name, Age, Sex & City / Country. The same rule applies for contact information. We will not give out your contact information, however if you dont want to disclose your contact information, Leave the box blank and do not write a fake mail, msn mail, or the like on there.
§1.3 Profile Photos
It is forbidden to add images where you're pretending to be another, for example using the same profile text. Also the image must not be offensive, such as pornographic or racist material. Also pictures must be of a certain quality level.
§1.4 Profile Text
If you want to link to various things in your profile text, the link has to be copyright to yourself, if you have not received permission from the rightful owner. This is because many people do not want others to "deep link" to their material and therefore appeal to us because traffic is coming from our site.
§1.5 Internal Messaging
Using the internal mail system, it is prohibited to run a personal smear campaign, soiled or otherwise exercise psychological terror towards other users. It is also forbidden to use the system to transmit spam messages and to forward spam and chain-mail messages, aswell as advertising for other sites and the like. Violation of this will result in direct removal of your profile.

§2.1 Comments
A comment must be clear and meaningful. So please read it through an extra time before you add it and review it for spelling errors, etc.
§2.2 Smilies
Excessive use of smilies are not necessary and is prohibited. In addition, a comment on a piece of text which addresses the review / comment on the current article. A comment field should not only include a ":)".
§2.3 Relevance
When you write a comment, you must stick to the topic which the news / article / contribution etc, is about.
§2.4 Discussions
If you have the need to create or reply to a discussion, keep it at a relevant level. Insults flying through the air are not something we bother to look at.
§2.5 Advertising
Advertising which is not relevant to the topic under discussion has no place. Comments like these will be deleted immediately.

§3.1 Using Chat
Using our Chat Function apply the same rules as other use of IRC network, Quakenet. Therefore, all guidelines set by Quakenet operators should be complied with. For expanded set of rules about the use of Quakenet visit Quakenet.org.
§3.2 Behaveour
All communications on our chat should be done according to those rules in §2.4 &2.5. So apply all rules about tone, discussions and advertising in full the same way as in our comment section.
§3.3 Use of other chat channels and functions
If you choose to use our WebClient to move on Quakenet outside our chat channels, this is at your own risk. However all the rules still applies. Simultaneously, all abuse, spam, advertising, auth abusive or otherwise will be punished. If it is discovered, all information about the user will be given to administrative staff on Quakenet network while the user will be removed from our site.
§3.4 Administrators and Punishment
All administrators in the the chat room will be marked with an "@" in front of their name in the participant list. Such persons may at any time choose to remove you from the chat room if your behaveour or movement is against our rules for use. Do you feel that you have been removed from the chat room by a mistake, or that you took your punishment, write to info@1roW.dk.

§3.1 Admins and control
We point out that the administrators of this site, at any time can go in and tear down on things which they feel is wrong. This means that an admin always has the opportunity to go in and give punishment for things that are inappropriate, even if they are not outlined in this framework.
§3.2 Deleting and editing
If a trustee of 1roW.dk takes a message, profile, comment, to be obscene or otherwise find that they break the rules for this site, they can at any time choose to delete or edit the existing posts without warning or justification.

§6.1 Rule Changes
1roW - Denmark reserves the rights to correct, modify, add or delete rules from the site at any time without notice or reason.
§6.2 Responsibility for changes
It will without exception always be user's duty to keep updated of what rule changes are in force. 1roW - Denmark will never be responsible for users which have not updated them self with the new rules / changes of rules. In addition it will also say that the justifications for one's movements are built on one's own lack of research will not be accepted.
